This was recently announced on the KR forums and I love it and had to share.

Here is the site http://www.trampt.com/

And here is my collection as it shows on the site - http://trampt.com/h/schultzy

Here are tidbits from the creator that he posted on the KR forum.

Quote:
...The site will be news, library of artists work, and your own collections. Coming soon is a marketplace, and community area similar to something like stack overflow instead of using something flat like a forums. That way we can tag conversations to artists or items and have those conversations show up on those individual pages, as well as the upcoming community area. Plus about 85 little upgrades as we go. Like a color filter that is already running in the background calculating color values for images as people upload ... we'll be turning on the front end UI for that soon...

...The site operates like a Wiki where artists and collectors are encouraged to enter items they have created or purchased. Once you create an account on Trampt you can click the 'Add to Library' button at the top right and start adding more stuff to the Library...

...If you are going to enter customs, be sure to click on the 'Custom Toys' tab at the top of the form so it will give you more appropriate form fields...

..If you are an artists, after you have an artist Portfolio (by putting items into the site) just email us at verify@trampt.com and we'll manually link your user account to your artist account. In the near future this will be an automated process. If you can take shots of you work on as near to white backgrounds as possible before putting into the site I would personally appreciate it...

AR just told me about it yest. Looks pretty cool. Seems pretty involved though, hopefully the creator can keep up with it.

One thing he is doing which is cool is allowing the user base to add to the library. Not sure of the quality checks in place, but from his comments I have read he is looking over them as they are being added.

I like the idea of having my collection, what I want, and what I am selling in one spot that I can share with others.

I would like to "follow" those on CTU that have signed up and are using Trampt. Their search feature is still off, but if you post your public collection link, we can use it to add each other.

Here is mine:

what happens if you're collection is mostly customs? Do you post up your own/crappy pics?

If you're posting up your own hopefully you take some slightly better pics on as near as white backgrounds as you can. Other people, generally me, can edit them a bit to take out backgrounds.

Would love to get some more feedback on what we're doing. I will try to comeback to this thread often, but anything you want us to think about as we keep building new features, or things we might need to fix just drop us a line at our feedback site.

Thanks ... glad everyone like what we're doing so far. :)
