Fail, I feel for you man. My wife has been going through some serious medical shit for the past 10 months and dealing with the doctors is the same shit. Seriously, fuckin dudes taking off for the day and not letting her know, plus beating around the bush and not being straight up with her about her situation. Fuckin lame as hell.

That sucks Fail. Just to put it in a little perspective, often times other doctors/nurses don't have all the info so they have to wait for the person in charge of the case. They can get in a lot of trouble if they somehow give you some wrong info.

I hope it was something benign.

I hate Doctors. Go to a damn specialist and get a biopsy. When I was 11 I had a tumor just behind my right ear that was causing me massive jaw pains. My Doctor diagnosed me with mumps and when it didn't get better in 2 weeks I went a saw a specialist and got a biopsy and found out it was Cancer. Regular Doctors don't know shit, other then to tell you if you have a fever or a cold and perscribe you meds. Specialists like ENT's study nothing but Ear, Nose and Throat issues and they know 100x more then stupid Doctors.

All the best man and get that shit taken care of, don't wait for stupid Doctors that don't care to get back to you.

i eventually went back to the doctor's, after getting shitfaced for the first time in years.

I'm gonna have to do radiation or have part of my jaw/teeth removed. there's now a second mass forming next to the first one, so I have an appointment this afternoon with a specialist. They say the main goal now is to stop it from masticating (masticizing? sp? i don't know what the word is that they used)

Good news is i can finally rationalize buying a vaporizer.

they're saying that i can go with a "multi-disciplinary approach" that includes chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgery. They're probably going to have to extract a bunch of my teeth tho, even before the real surgery because i have a bunch of cavities and really weak enamel and they can cause bad complications.

I'm going to have to get a lot of reconstructive/ cosmetic surgery afterwards if i choose to go that route and want to look like myself again, I think. It could just be the whole prepare for the worst, hope for the best thing, but the way they're talking about it, it's like half of my face is already gone.
