you're not fat if that's what you're worried about, but i keep telling you man - jump rope. a jumprope and a halfway decent pull up bar (a lot double as a bar that will fit in the bottom of the doorway for situps / crunches) will get you a long way. plus jump ropes make you nimble as shit.

plus, and i'm totally not lying, as you increase your lung capacity it will feel like you absorb more thc when you smoke/ vape and you''ll feel way more medicated.
