P90x worked pretty well for me.

you're not fat if that's what you're worried about, but i keep telling you man - jump rope. a jumprope and a halfway decent pull up bar (a lot double as a bar that will fit in the bottom of the doorway for situps / crunches) will get you a long way. plus jump ropes make you nimble as shit.

plus, and i'm totally not lying, as you increase your lung capacity it will feel like you absorb more thc when you smoke/ vape and you''ll feel way more medicated.

hahaha nice. i not worried about being fat, i'd just like to fit into some of my old clothes.

i got a mini ramp. I've been skating that for exercise. It's a nice bit of cardio, it's like a trampoline where you don't feel like you're exercising until you stop.

i've been smoking a lot of blunts lately. i feel like coughing is a calorie burner as well.

oh and ice water, i read somewhere that ice water burns more calories than tepid water

Yeah, I got awesome results. You need pullup bar + weights, but instead of weights you can get a resistance band. Pullup bar +resistance bands makes it pretty cheap, and you can "acquire" p90x online

The nice thing is that you don't have to leave the house, so you have no excuse to not work out.

For the most part, to get to where you look in decent shape you can do any exercise program as long as you have a good diet. p90x is nice because it's structured so you don't have to figure out what you have to do everyday.

I deal with this a lot so feel free to ask me for any advice :D

I always work out at home. I hate gyms. Rephrase. I despise gyms. I have my weight set from walmart, a punching bag I got on sale at sportsmart (it's old), a nordic track I got at a garage sale and various other cheap things I nabbed at aldi. I work out 4-5 times a week and all my equipment put together cost less than a 6 month membership at any craphole gym.

I think the common misconception is that males and females need to do different things. Girls worry about getting "bulky", but they misunderstand. most of the bulk comes from the hormone testosterone, so most women don't have to worry about that.

Weight training is especially important for women because it builds bone density. As women are at a higher risk for osteoporosis, because of menopause it's important to have good bone density before that happens.

Yeah, very hard, and most take testosterone supplements, and normally have a higher base level testosterone.

I can make a fitness thread if you like. A lot of my friends hit me up for fitness advice, haha.

Honestly I think it’s the perfect time for me to lose that weight right now being single and not really doing too much else other than painting these days…I really wish I had someone close to me(Dallas) though from here….no one in my life understand the whole toy thing…that is the art aspect and the customizing thing../shrug
