I like this routine. It seems like it would fit right into my schedule. I wish I would have gotten into it at a younger age. I'm 34 and if I was 10 years younger it'd be a lot easier for me.

And yes sparring is incredibly fun. I never have road rage after sparring.

Dude's definately got skills. The one-legged squadts were nuts. He had 185 lbs. on his back.
