CONTEST DETAILS:
Find a double image somewhere in the world around you, take a picture of it, and upload it here!
I will post example images in this thread if anyone is confused.

The entries will be judged out of a possible 100 points:
ORIGINALITY: 40 points - if you take a picture of a bacon and eggs smiley face, you will not get very many points in this category.
CREATIVITY: 30 points - the stranger and more creative the image, the more points you'll get.
COMPLEXITY: 30 points - the more complex and involved the image, the more points you'll get.

BONUS: 10 points for active forum members. THIS IS INSTEAD OF HAVING A REQUIRED NUMBER OF POSTS TO ENTER THE CONTEST. We don't want a flood of threads just to get someones post count up, so this is a good incentive to actually use the forums for discussion

You can submit as many photos as you'd like, but only ONE ENTRY will be judged.

All the entries will be posted on the CTU facebook page for everyone to view for the duration of the contest, and then they will be moved to http://www.ardabusrubber.com. Winners will be picked on April 6th and announced later that day.

Have fun! Explore the world around you... open your eyes and your mind... maybe you will see things you never expected in the strangest of places!

my first post here.. now, I am a bit hungover, and english is not my first language, so Im not really sure what "double image" stands for!?... since you've said "I will post example images in this thread if anyone is confused", could you please do so!?.. also, do we have to submit these to this thread or facebook account (if facebook, what's the URL)!?..

Welcome saL. Double image is a image that has an image in it. For example, if you take a picture of clouds and they look like a turtle, that would count as a double image.

Finally was home long enough to snap my entry "The Little Demon Lord." He's my closet door next to my bed. When we first moved in he kinda creeped me out, but he's kinda sad and lovable now and we've become good friends.

it's preferable that you don't "make" something to take a picture of, like an eggs and bacon smiley face or forming a pile of leaves to resemble something, but if you gotta then that's fine. Just try and make it look as natural as possible then.

there is also a bunch of American Express credit card commercials with very simple examples... they are all just two eyes and a mouth but this also give you a general idea of what we're looking for:

most of the faces in the commercial are very bold and obvious examples, your's dont have to be that obvious, they can be more subtile... and they don't have to be just faces either
